Ingredients

• 1 cup frozen strawberries
• 1 packed cup baby spinach
• 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
• 3/4 cup milk of choice
• 1/3 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy‑free yogurt)
• 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
• 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, for extra zing)
• Ice (optional, to thicken)

Instructions
