Cucumber Citrus Berry Infused Water

6–8 cups

Ingredients

• 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
• 1 lemon (or orange), thinly sliced
• 1 cup strawberries, sliced (or mixed berries)
• A handful of fresh mint (optional)
• 6–8 cups cold water or sparkling water
• Ice (optional)

Instructions

1. Add cucumber, citrus, berries, and mint to a large pitcher.
2. Fill with water (still or sparkling).
3. Chill at least 30 minutes (2–4 hours is even better).
4. Serve over ice. Refill once with water before swapping fruit.
