Ingredients
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• 1 cup zucchini, grated (squeeze out excess moisture)
• 1/3 cup melted butter or neutral oil
• 1/2 cup brown sugar (or 1/3 cup for less sweet)
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups all‑purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5‑inch loaf pan.
2. Whisk bananas, zucchini, butter/oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl.
3. Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt just until combined (don’t overmix).
4. Fold in nuts or chips if using.
