Apple & Veggie “Crunch” Snack Cups

Ingredients
• 2 apples, sliced
• 1 cup baby carrots (or carrot sticks)
• 1 cup sugar snap peas (or cucumber sticks)
• 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 Tbsp honey
• 1 Tbsp peanut butter or sunflower seed butter (optional)
• Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
1. Stir yogurt with honey (and nut/seed butter if using). Add cinnamon if desired.
2. Divide apple slices and veggies between 4 containers.
3. Add a small spoonful of dip to each cup.
4. Chill until ready to eat (best within 24 hours).
