Grown in many temperate regions (U.S. California, Italy, Chile). Peak late summer/fall; available much of the year via imports. Great for snacking, salads, roasting, and cheese boards.

Provides vitamin K and antioxidants; mostly water and natural sugars.

Storage Tips

Refrigerate unwashed; keep in a breathable bag/container. Rinse just before eating.

Shopping Tips

Look for plump grapes firmly attached to green stems; avoid sticky residue, browning stems, or shriveled fruit.
